Urban fitness is a full-body workout class that brings fun interval training sequences with exercises based on hip hop moves to the sound of urban music such as Hip Hop, Reggaeton and commercial music. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. People are challenged to push themselves hard and walk out feeling vital and strong.

Urban Fitness class is taught by David Machicado and focuses on building resistance and physical shape with a nice and fun workout to the beat of Hip Hop and Urban music.

The classes are opened for everybody.
