Dear Students and Parents:

You or your child has been invited to perform in our 8th annual showcase: Dancesanity Stars. The performances will take place on Saturday, June 22th 2019 at 8pm, within the Tony Bennett Concert Hall of Frank Sinatra School of the Arts located at 35-12 35th Ave, Queens, NY 11106.
Doors will open for guests at 8pm, however dancers MUST be there ready for tech rehearsal at 5 pm in the THEATER with hair & make up ready. If you are late, you unfortunately lose your chance to practice within the theater’s space. It is very important for everyone to be at Tech Rehearsal as it is unfair to the other dancers who have to space without their classmates.
There is a performance fee of $250. This is a discounted rate from our regularly priced tickets which are $35 for General Admission and $45 for VIP. The performance fee includes 10 tickets to do with as you please! 2 VIP and 8 regular. If you don’t have 10 people in your family to bring to the show--you can sell the tickets within our community to earn your profit back, give them as donation to a local charity or organization or share with someone less fortunate who could benefit from the joys of live art!

Performance fees are due by May 1st.
Late fees will occur if payment is not made by May 1st.
After May 1st, the performance fee tickets are full price-- $350

Attendance in class is of the utmost important. Our choreographers reserve the right to uninvite children and teens who do not have satisfactory attendance in classes to join in their piece that will be performed. Private classes may be scheduled upon request and subjective to approval of the choreographer/teacher. Please confirm your or your childs participation BEFORE or NO LATER THAN MAY 1ST. By May 5th we will send custom information to be purchased prior to the show. The costumes will need to be received before JUNE 1ST as we are scheduling class photos.
