Circuit Fitness Training & Conditioning
HIGH INTENSE CIRCUIT WORKOUT
will help you to get fit as you wish: weight loss, muscle definition, strength, speed, endurance. Each training is different.
What can you expect?
Warm up, 6Workout stages with equipment and your own body weight, each stage 20s work, 10s rest and repeat all cycle 4 times. After that ABS killer routine, stretch and final rest. Don't forget to have fun and enjoy yourself.
Monday to Friday 5-6 am by appointment only!
Wednesdays 6-7 pm walk ins welcome
Thursdays 7-8 pm walk ins welcome
